Bougie Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe
Happy Fall to all of my fellow basic witches! This is my first ever blog, and it's just in time for my favorite change of seasons. Anyone else in pumpkin anything and everything mode the minute the clock strikes Sept 1?! I'm super excited that my first blog post is going to be dedicated to one of my favorite things - a PSL, except brace yourselves, because this one is anything but basic.
Oh and by the way, it may or may not feature my new favorite bake: our newly launched Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Cookie. ICYMI, we just launched our limited edition seasonal pumpkin collection and this year's drop includes this new Vegan PSL Cookie. It's beyond. I mean what's better than your favorite PSL as a VEGAN cookie? Nothing, that's what. There’s pumpkin, there’s spice, and literally everything inside is nice for you. They’re gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free & VEGAN. PS(L) - they truly do taste like your fav pumpkin spice latte because we use real espresso powder. Bougie Pumpkin Spice Latte
1 Shot of Your Favorite Espresso
1 Tablespoon Canned Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup Almond Milk (or preferred non-dairy milk)
3-4 Drops Liquid Stevia
Coconut Whipped Cream
Bougie Bakes Sugar-Free Rainbow Sprinkles
1 Bougie Bakes Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Cookie
Coat rim of mug in honey and dip in crumbled Bougie Bakes Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Cookie. Add shot of espresso to mug, add tablespoon of pumpkin, top with steamed or frothed milk of your choice. Sweeten to taste (we prefer a 3-4 drops of liquid stevia). Top with whipped cream (we prefer to keep it dairy-free with coconut whipped cream) and Bougie Bakes Sugar-Free Rainbow Sprinkles.
